Prices are for week and for occupancy up to 6 persons. We can add a single bed in one of the rooms at no additional cost. Prices include final cleaning, use of linens, towels, bathrobe, water and electricity up to a consumption of 200 KWh/week. Cost of additional KWhs is 0.60 Eur/KWh. Please do note that we DO NOT provide beach towels. Change of linens and towels is operated weekly, usually on saturdays. Additional changes or cleaning are available on request, at a cost of 100 euros. Pets are allowed, with an additional cost of 50 euros for cleaning.

Check-in We kindly request to plan your arrival in Scopello between 17.00 and 20.00 of arrival date.
Check-out The villa must be left within 10.00 of departure date. As specified above, cleaning is included in rental fee. However, we reserve the right of charging EUR 100 for extra-cleaning should the villa be left in particularly degraded conditions.

Payment: we request a NON REFUNDABLE 20% advance payment to guarantee the booking. Final rent payment is due within fifteen days from the day of arrival. A caution deposit of Eur 300 is requested. It will be returned at the end of your stay. We suggest use of a cheque that we will give you back at the chek-out.

Discount rates apply for long stay (more than three weeks). Also, please contact us for possibility of short-stay in off-peak seasons.

Prices include all the consumptions (water, electricity, we have no gas), free parking inside the property, unlimited use of air conditioning and WiFi, use of linens and towels (but we do not provide beach towels), final cleaning and local taxes
